Our Policies

At Casa Verde, we strive to provide exceptional services and accommodate all our valued guests to the best of our ability. To ensure a seamless experience for everyone, we have established the following policies:

Appointment Cancellation

We understand life happens and you may need to reschedule or cancel your appointment. We kindly request a minimum of 24 hours notice for any cancellations or rescheduling your appointment. 

If for any reason the appointment is cancelled or rescheduled within 24 hours of the appointment time, Casa Verde will charge the card on file 25% of the service total. Deposits will be used towards 25% fee.

No-Show Policy

A "no-show" occurs when a guest misses their scheduled appointment without prior notice. Repeated no-shows may result in a loss of booking privileges.

After two consecutive no-shows, we reserve the right to require a non-refundable deposit for future appointments.

Late Arrival

We understand that unforeseen delays can happen. If you arrive late for your appointment, we will make every effort to accommodate your service. However, if your service time is reduced due to your late arrival, you will still be responsible for the full service fee.

To ensure the best experience for all guests, please arrive at least 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment time. If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may need to reschedule your appointment.

Deposits

For first time color guests, certain high-demand services,  or appointments that require extensive time, we require a non-refundable deposit to secure your booking. Your deposit will be based on the service you are requesting.  This deposit will be applied to the total cost of your service.
